The Premier Palace Hotel is structured on 5 floors and has 60 rooms decorated in modernist style, of which 1 room for people with disabilities, 3 single rooms, 24 double rooms, 20 twin rooms, 8 executive rooms and 4 apartments. All rooms are equipped according to 5-star standards, with elegant furniture, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar and bathroom.

The ground floor, with a usable area of 1,050 sqm, hosts the hotel's reception, the Modigliani Restaurant decorated in art nouveau style with elegant stained glass windows, onyx-plated columns and solid wood furniture, with a capacity of 200 seats and its kitchen.

On the 1st floor, with a usable area of 900 sqm, there are 11 rooms: 1 room for people with disabilities, 1 single room, 5 double rooms, 4 twin rooms, and the Lounge Bar.

Floors 2, 3, 4 with usable areas of 700 sqm each, host 41 of the hotel's rooms (2 single rooms, 19 double rooms, 16 twin rooms, 1 executive room and 3 apartments).

On the 5th floor, with a usable area of 600 sqm, there are 8 rooms, of which 7 are executive and 1 apartment. Also on this floor is the Fly Bar.

On the ground floor, with a usable area of 500 sqm, we find a reception, commercial spaces, dynamic fitness space and the swimming pool entrance.

On the 1st and 2nd floors, with a usable area of 450 sq m each, there is the SPA Beauty & Wellness Center.

The 3rd and 4th floors, with a usable area of 430 sq m each, host 20 executive rooms.

The conference center on the 5th floor, with a usable area of 430 sq m.

On the 6th floor, with an area of 400 sq m - Panorama Restaurant and Sky Bar.

The complex is located opposite the Ghencea stadium and is currently under conservation.

The complex is being sold at public auction by the judicial liquidator through direct negotiation starting from the last price approved by creditors of EUR 4,620,000.

Construcţia în care se află hotelul este realizată în manierea modernista şi este finisată cu marmura, tratat cu bosaje, ancadramente, piastrii şi fier forjat.

Activitatea Complexului  este structurată funcţional pe teren intravilan in s= 14.966,27 mp si pe nivele, avand o suprafata utila a constructiilor de 5.430 mp, după cum urmează: Corp 1 - Hotel, Restaurant, 2 Baruri (1, 5) - Lounge Bar, Fly Bar.

Hotelul Premier Palace este structurat pe 5 etaje si dispune de 60 de camere amenajate in stil modernist dintre care 1 camera pentru persoane cu dizabilitati, 3 camere single, 24 camere matrimoniale, 20 camere twin, 8 camere executive si 4 apartamente. Toate camerele sunt dotate conform standardelor de 5 stele, avand mobilier elegant aer condiționat, televizor cu ecran plat, minibar și baie.

Parterul, cu o suprafata utila de 1050 mp, gazduieste receptia hotelului, Restaurantul Modigliani amenajat in stil art nouveau cu elegante vitralii, coloane placate cu onix si mobilier din lemn masiv, cu o capacitate de 200 locuri si bucataria acestuia. 

La etajul 1, cu o suprafata utila de 900 mp, se regasesc 11 camere: 1 camera pentru persoane cu dizabilitati, 1 camere single, 5 camere matrimoniale, 4 camere twin, si Lounge Bar.

Etajele 2, 3, 4 cu suprafete utile de 700 mp fiecare, gazduiesc 41 din camerele hotelului (2 camere single, 19 camere matrimoniale, 16 camere twin, 1 camera executive si 3 apartamente).

La etajul 5, cu o suprafata utila de 600 mp, se afla 8 camere din care 7 executive si 1 apartament. Tot la acest etaj se gaseste si Fly Bar.

Etajele 3 si 4, cu suprafete utile de 430 mp fiecare, gazduiesc 20 de camera executive.

Centrul de conferinta de la etajul 5, cu o suprafata utila de 430 mp.

La etajul 6, cu o suprafata de 400 mp -  Restaurantul Panorama si barul Sky.

Complexul se afla situat vis-a vis de stadionul din Ghencea si este in prezent in conservare.

Complexul se vinde in licitatie publica prin lichidator judiciar prin negocire directa pornind de la ultimul pret aprobat de creditori de 4.620.000 EUR.
